They are, but with most engines being aluminum now, it makes it harder to keep them colorful. Aluminum expands and contracts more. Since the Hellcat block is iron, it can be painted. That said, aluminum blocks can be painted.

I'm sorry, I seem to have forgotten what the horsepower output was for that engine. I know Dodge has mostly taken a leaf out of Rolls-Royce's book and just keeps saying "enough" or "some". What was the exact number?
